Champion contribution 

In June 2023, Andy Maxey stepped up as the leading champion of the 'Small Change' program, bringing a fresh and innovative approach to workplace giving. He leveraged his passion for corporate social responsibility to inspire his colleagues. Andy implemented various initiatives, such as Small Change Ambassadors, Christmas Ball promotion and fundraising, to engage employees. His efforts were met with praise from within the organisation. 

Andy also built strong relationships with each charity, exemplified by SEEK’s Executive Leadership team and members of the Senior Leadership team participating in a head-to-head selling challenge for The Big Issue.

Achievements 

Under Andy's guidance, Small Change donations saw a year-on-year increase of 25.5%, culminating in a record $571,046.37 donated in a single financial year. Internal engagement with the program flourished, evidenced by a 200% increase in stories published on internal platforms. Moreover, employee belief in SEEK's commitment to social responsibility soared to 78%. Andy's contributions extended beyond the company, positively impacting the wider workplace giving cause.
